Within the Garden Villa Rooms, you'll find spacious bedrooms featuring soft queen-sized four-poster beds. Additionally, guests enjoy the convenience of access to a vast common veranda spanning almost 1,200 sq. ft. and a sitting area that offers unparalleled views of the Sahyadri Mountains and the glistening Pavana Dam.

Our Garden Villa Rooms are thoughtfully equipped with amenities to enhance your stay, including a mini-bar, tea and coffee-making facilities, climate control, and rejuvenating bath amenities.

One of the most fascinating structures ever built in entire South-East Asia, Cocoon is our most luxurious adobe to stay in. No number of words or superlatives can truly justify this piece of marvel engineering. With total privacy and the best amenities, it's truly our "Jewel in The Crown".

Luxury Suite

One of our largest rooms in the property, a spacious 2-room majestic suite measuring 1,700 sq. ft is luxury personified. It boasts of a spacious living area of 500 sq. ft and a private plunge pool making it the perfect private holiday retreat optimal for families with children as well as for groups of friends.

Glass Tree House

A spacious 2-bedroom room majestic suite measuring 2,500 sq. ft is luxury personified, offering uninterrupted views of Pawna Lake and the Sahyadri mountains. It boasts of a spacious living area and a private plunge pool on the terrace making it the perfect private holiday.

Owners Suite

This spacious suite measures 1200 square feet and also includes an additional garden/forest area measuring 2500 square feet. It offers a beautiful pool and forest view and comes with a private plunge pool measuring 450 square feet. The plunge pool has a depth of 4 feet, allowing guests to fully enjoy the pool etc.
