Luxury Suite

One of our largest rooms in the property, a spacious 2-room majestic suite measuring 1,700 sq. ft is luxury personified. It boasts of a spacious living area of 500 sq. ft and a private plunge pool making it the perfect private holiday retreat optimal for families with children as well as for groups of friends.

Glass Tree House

A spacious 2-bedroom room majestic suite measuring 2,500 sq. ft is luxury personified, offering uninterrupted views of Pawna Lake and the Sahyadri mountains. It boasts of a spacious living area and a private plunge pool on the terrace making it the perfect private holiday.

Owners Suite

This spacious suite measures 1200 square feet and also includes an additional garden/forest area measuring 2500 square feet. It offers a beautiful pool and forest view and comes with a private plunge pool measuring 450 square feet. The plunge pool has a depth of 4 feet, allowing guests to fully enjoy the pool etc.

Garden Villa

Step into the realm of extraordinary luxury with our Garden Villa, a magnificent Main Unit spanning nearly 5,000 sq. ft. This splendid villa comprises three individual Garden Villa Rooms, each adorned with the most exquisite furnishings.They share a spacious common living area.
