Does the resort serve Jain meals?

Yes, we serve vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Jain meals at the resort. Jain food is prepared separately and is served in the restaurant during designated meal timings.

Are your rooms air-conditioned?

Yes, all our rooms are air-conditioned.

Is there a swimming pool at the resort?

Yes, there is a common swimming pool at the resort measuring 41 ft in length and 10 ft in width, with a depth of 4 feet. Additionally, The Cocoon Room, The Owners Suite, Luxury Suite, and Glass Tree House Suite also have their own private plunge pools.

What activities do you have in your resort?

The resort features a common swimming pool and a multipurpose sports court for basketball, volleyball, and badminton. Spa therapies are available at an additional cost. Tikona Fort is just 2 km away, ideal for trekking. Guests can also enjoy kayaking, boating, and paragliding (weather permitting), though these activities are not affiliated with the resort.

How long would it take to reach from Mumbai and Pune?

We are located approximately 117 km from Mumbai (around 2.5 hours) and around 50 km from Pune (around 1.5 hours). To know more about our location and how to get to Amanzi Resort, click here.

Is there any extra charge for drivers accompanying the guests?

Do you have separate accommodation for domestic help?

We do not offer separate accommodation for domestic help. They are charged as per the extra adult rate, with the same inclusions and facilities as all guests.

Are you pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, Amanzi Resort is not pet-friendly yet.

Do you provide any transportation services?

Are any meals included in our package?

Lunch on the day of check-in from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, dinner from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and breakfast on the next day from 08:30 AM to 10:00 AM

Can I have lunch on the day of check-out?

Lunch on the day of check-out is not included in your stay. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and lunch services start only at 1:30 PM.

What are the essentials to be carried during Monsoon and Winter?

For the Monsoon season, appropriate rainwear is a must, i.e., windcheaters, sturdy umbrellas and appropriate footwear. For the Winters, a light cardigan/jacket should suffice.

What are the meal timings?

All meal timings are as follows:

  • Breakfast: 8.30 AM to 10:30 AM
  • Lunch: 1.30 PM to 3:30 PM
  • Dinner: 8.30 PM to 10:00 PM

*All meals are part of the package, and are all buffet meals served in the restaurant area.

Buffet food cannot be served in the room. If you wish to have it served in the room, à la carte menu rates will be applicable per portion served.

Guests are not permitted to carry buffet food to the room. In case you wish to, à la carte menu rates will be applicable per portion.

Is Room Service Available?

Yes, room service is available from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

Do you have a 24-hour reception?

We do not have a 24-hour reception, but in case of an emergency, a mobile number is provided to all guests at the time of check-in, which can be reached 24/7. All services (i.e. housekeeping/in-room dining) stop at 11:00 PM.

Do you have intercoms in the room?

We do not have an intercom facility. At check-in, we provide each guest with a mobile number that they may call for any requirements, i.e., room & housekeeping services. These services are only available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

What is the Spa timing?

The spa is operational 7 days a week from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Spa rates may be viewed directly through our spa page on our website.

How do I book my spa appointment?

Is sheesha permitted in the premises?

Sheesha is strictly prohibited within the resort premises. If caught, the guests may be charged with hefty fines as per the Government Rules and Regulations.

Do you provide baby cot/cribs for infants?

We do not have any provisions for baby cots/cribs. If need be, an extra mattress can be made available at a charge of INR 1,500/- per night.

How is the approach road to Amanzi?

Completely cemented, the approach road is in perfect condition.

Is it safe for pregnant women to travel to Amanzi?

It is safe for pregnant women to travel. We have had pregnant women (up to 8 months pregnant) who have stayed with us in the past.

What is the size of the property?

Spread across 4 acres, the resort features 8 distinct room categories. For more details, please visit our website and explore the rooms & tariff section.

How many people can be accommodated in each room?

All room tariffs are based on 2 adults per room, per night. Extra adults 12 years and above + children between 6 and 11 years are chargeable. All tariffs may be viewed on each of our room pages.
 

Can I enter the resort without any reservation?

To ensure a calm, personalised, and uncompromised experience for our in-house guests, Amanzi Resort does not permit entry to the property for walk-in guests without a confirmed reservation. This approach allows us to focus on providing our resident guests with the highest level of care, privacy, and comfort, where every detail from service to surroundings is thoughtfully curated for their stay. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you as our guest in the future.

Do you provide alcohol at the resort?

We do not serve alcohol/alcoholic beverages at the resort.

Can company offsites be conducted at the resort?

Yes, we have hosted company off-sites for BookMyShow, Vodafone, Spotify, Maersk, M&G, Kellogg's, and more.

Do you have Wi-Fi at the resort?

We provide free Wi-Fi services in the resort (including rooms/suites, the common living area, and the restaurant).

Do you have TV at the resort?

We do not have televisions in the resort.

Are there any insects/wildlife at the resort?

Because Amanzi Resort is in the midst of nature, please be prepared to encounter some harmless wonders of nature who may pop in to say hello, like lizards, frogs, beetles, etc.

Do you have a provision for an Electric Vehicle Charging Station?

Yes, we only provide a 15-AMP socket in the parking area of the resort (subject to availability). The guest would be responsible for carrying all the necessary equipment, adaptors, charges, cables, etc., to charge their vehicle.

Is the common swimming pool and the private plunge pools in the resort temperature controlled?

None of the pools at the resort are temperature controlled.(i.e the common resort pool, the private plunge pools in the Cocoon Room, Owners Suite, Luxury Suite & Glass Tree House Suite)

Is the resort wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, we are not a wheelchair-friendly resort yet. The guests would be required to be comfortably, independently mobile to enjoy their stay here with us-

Do any of the rooms/suites have bathtubs or jacuzzis?

Yes, the Premium Garden View Room, the Cocoon Room and the Owners Suite have a bathtub. None of the rooms/suites has jacuzzis.
