Faq

Are your rooms air conditioned?

Yes..all our rooms are air conditioned.

Is there a swimming pool at the resort?

Yes.

What activities do you have on your ....

We have a common swimming pool, multipurpose sports court where the guests can play basketball, volleyball or badminton. For children we have a small swing/slide area. Spa - where couples can enjoy Massage therapies. The Tikona fort is a great place for Trekking for the adventurers also close to our resort. Kayaking , boating and paragliding ( subject to weather conditions)

How long would it take to reach from Mumbai and Pune..

We are located approx 2.5 hours from Mumbai ( 120 km from powai- and 1.5 hours from Pune( 80 kms).

What are the mobile networks that function ...

Vodafone, Jio and Airtel have good connectivity.

Any extra charges for drivers...

Drivers are permitted to stay within the premises with prior intimation. Charges are applicable. For details please contact us at 8010620379 / 9821012163

Do you have separate accommodation for maids:

No we do not have separate accommodation for maids. They are charged as per extra adult charges and inclusions and facilities are the same.

Are you pet friendly

Unfortunately Not.

Can a car pick up be arranged for me..

Unfortunately , due to our small size we are currently unable to provide any pick up services.

Are my meals included in my package.

Yes.. lunch on the day of check in - 13:30 to 15:00
Dinner- 20:30 to 22:00
Breakfast- 08:30 to 10:00

Can I have lunch on day of check out...

No. Our check out is at 1100 n our lunch service starts only at 1330.

What are the extra things to be carried during the monsoon?

Good rain wear i.e windcheaters and sturdy umbrellas, appropriate footwear
Winter - a light cardigan / jacket

What are the meal timings?

breakfast - 8.30 am to 10 am
lunch - 1.30 pm to 3 pm
dinner - 8.30 pm to 10 pm
ALL MEALS ARE PART OF THE PACKAGE AND ARE ALL BUFFET MEALS SERVED IN THE RESTAURANT AREA.
Buffet food cannot be served in the room.If you wish to have it served in the room , a la carte menu rates will be applicable per portion served. Guests are not permitted to carry buffet food to the room.In case you wish to, a la carte menu rates will be applicable per portion.

Do you have room service?

Yes we do have room service between 8 am to 10.30 pm.

Do you have a 24 hours reception?

No , we do not have a 24 hours reception.
All service(i.e housekeeping/in room dining) stops at 11 pm.
In case of emergency a mobile number is provided to all guests at the time of check in which can be reached 24/7.

Do you have intercoms in the rooms?

No we do not have intercom facility.
At check in we provide each guest with a mobile number that they may call for any requirements i.e room service,house keeping. Service between 8 am to 11 pm only.

What are the spa timings?

Spa is operational 7 days a week.
Timing - 10 am to 8 pm
Spa rates may be viewed directly on our home page under SPA (operations depend upon the current Govt guidelines)

Is Sheesha permitted in the premises?

Sheesha is strictly prohibited within the resort premises.

Do you provide baby cot/crib for infants?

We do not have have any provisions for baby cot/crib.
Extra mattress can be made available at a charge of INR 1,500/- per night

How are the road conditions?

Road conditions are fine.
There are 2 patches of 100 metres each which are bad ,otherwise road conditions are good.

Is it safe for pregnant women to travel?

We have had pregnant women (upto 8 months pregnant)who have stayed with us, so it is absolutely safe to travel.

How big is the property?

We are spread over 4 acres and have 6 room categories. For details please visit our home page and refer to the ROOMS/TARIFF category.

How many people can be accommodated in each room?

All room tariffs are based on 2 adults per room. Extra adults and children between 6 to 11 Yrs are chargeable.Tariff may be viewed on our home page under room/tariff. Please find maximum occupancy below:

GARDEN VILLA ROOM can accommodate upto :
3 adults
or
2 adults and 1 child (0 to 11 Yrs)

DELUXE VILLA ROOM can accommodate:
3 adults
or
2 adults and 2 children (0 to 11 Yrs)

PREMIUM DELUXE VILLA ROOM can accommodate:
3 adults
or
2 adults and 2 children (0 to 11 Yrs)

COCOON ROOM can accommodate:
3 adults
or
2 adults and 2 children (0 to 11 Yrs)

LUXURY SUITE can accommodate:
6 adults
or
4 adults and 2 children (0 to 11 Yrs)

GLASS TREE HOUSE SUITE can accommodate
6 Adults
or
4 adults and 2 children ( 0 - 11 yrs )

Are walk in guests permitted in the resort (who do not have a reservation)?

We do not permit guests without a booking , however if guests do wish to join us for a meal or spend the day, they may do so. Prior reservation and payment to be made in advance ,kindly reach us at +91 8010620379 / 9821012163.

Is alcohol available at the resort?

We do not serve alcohol/alcoholic beverages at the resort.

Can Company offsites be conducted?

Yes we have hosted company offsites for :

Do you have TV/ WIFI in the resort?

We do not provide Wifi services in the resort nor do we have televisions in the resort.

Are there any insects or wild life at the resort.

Yes, being in the midst of nature , please be prepared to encounter some harmless wonders of nature who may pop in to say hello like lizards,frogs,beetles etc
